IMPORTANT - Please read BEFORE you register:

We are happy to offer participation at the Conference at no cost to our members. Non-members are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of CHF 60. To profit from the membership discount, apply for membership and pay the annual fee (CHF 30 for extraordinary members, CHF 50 for ordinary members) by following the link below. You will be able to register for free immediately upon completing the payment. In case of questions and issues, do not hesitate to contact us at info@swiss-mdphd.com. 

Please note that your registration includes an overnight stay in the Bad Bubendorf Hotel (incl. food and beverages) at no additional costs (apart from the registration fee). A room is thus reserved for every registered participant by default, and the cancelation policy detailed below applies if the participant does not use the room. In case you cannot stay overnight or do not want to use the provided accommodation for other reasons, please contact us BEFORE REGISTERING directly via e-mail (info@swiss-mdphd.com). If you do not inform us in advance (following the deadlines below), you are responsible for the accommodation costs in accordance with the cancelation policy (up to CHF 450). Note that we cannot guarantee participation for participants who are only able to attend one day of the Conference, as priority is given to participants who are able to attend both days.

Due to numerous last-minute cancellations in the previous years, we are forced to implement a strict cancelation policy to avoid financial loss as follows:

The registration fee (CHF 60) will not be refunded, regardless of the time of cancellation.

In addition, the following applies with regard to the cost of accommodation:

1. Cancelation before or on April 21st, 2024: No additional fees.

2. Cancelation between April 22nd and May 12th, 2024: The participant must cover 30% of the accommodation costs (CHF 135).

3. Cancelation between May 13th and June 1st, 2024: The participant must cover 50% of the accommodation costs (CHF 225).

4. Cancelation between June 2nd and June 13th, 2024: The participant must cover 70% of the accommodation costs (CHF 315).

5. Cancelation between June 14th and June 19th, 2024: The participant must cover 90% of the accommodation costs (CHF 405).

6. Cancelation on June 20th or later: The participant must cover 100% of the accommodation costs (CHF 450).
