We are happy to offer participation at the Conference at no cost to our members. Non-members are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of CHF 60. To profit from the membership discount, apply for membership and pay the annual fee (CHF 30 for extraordinary members, CHF 50 for ordinary members) by following the link below. Please note that your registration includes an overnight stay in the Hotel Murtenhof & Krone (incl. food and beverages) at no additional costs (apart from the registration fee). However, due to numerous last-minute cancellations in the previous years, we are forced to implement a strict cancelation policy to avoid financial loss as follows:

The registration fee (CHF 60) will not be refunded, regardless of the time of cancellation.

In addition, the following applies with regard to the cost of accommodation:

1. Cancelation until 02 May 2023: No additional fees.

2. Cancelation between 02 May and 02 June 2023: The participant must cover 50% of the accommodation costs (CHF 145).

3. Cancelation after 02 June 2023: The participant must cover 100% of the accommodation costs (CHF 290).
